Terms & Conditions
All orders and purchases made through Alliancebankcard.com are subject to the online shopping terms and conditions outlined below. These online shopping terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Terms
  • Net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit.

Prices
 

  • All prices of items are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.

  • In the event that the price of an item is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right upon notification to cancel the order.
     

Shipping (Excludes Concert Ticket)

  • Alliancebankcard.com uses UPS as its delivery service. All orders are packaged by Alliance Bankcard Services. Packing peanuts and paper are used for protection.

  • We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.

  • Order may take between 1-3 business days to process.

  • If required information is missing from the order (i.e. entering P.O. Box#) or an item has to be backordered, we will inform you but this may delay your order.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS and are bound by their schedule. We require a physical location; UPS does not ship to P.O. Box.

  • Delivery time varies depending on which UPS shipping methods you choose.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping and tax differ. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated on checkout page. California State residents will be charged sales tax, unless proof of tax relief is provided.

Shipping (Concert Ticket)

  • Alliancebankcard.com uses “Will Call” as its concert ticket delivery method. All orders will be pick up on the day of concert at the designated venue.

  • In order to pick up your tickets, you are required to present all listed items as below:

  • Your valid state issued photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.

  • The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

  • Your confirmation email

  • The box office will not release tickets if the name of the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.

  • You are not allowed to retrieve the tickets if you refuse to present your id.

  • If you don’t retrieve the tickets on the day of event, we have no obligation to refund the tickets prices.

  • If you change your mind, all tickets are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, up until one week before the event.


Return Policy (Excludes Concert Ticket)

  • We offer 15-day return policy on all merchandise. Items returned or exchanged must be in unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged for any merchandise returned within 15 days from the date of invoice.

  • The customer shall pay all freight on returns. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Defective item or if it’s an error on our part, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the item.

  • Defective item may be returned for replacement only within 15 days. After 15 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacture of the item within the warranty period of the item.

  • No return or exchange is accepted if the merchandise is under the following conditions:

    • Programmed equipment

    • Opened software

    • Merchandise with defect caused by physical misuse / abuse or electrical / liquid damage

    • Merchandise that has been modified or damaged by the customer

    • Merchandise that is defective due to improper installation

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any return. You may obtain a RMA number via email us at info@alliancebankcard.comor call us at +1 (800) 503- 6222.

  • Each returned check and ACH will be subject to a $25 penalty fee.

  • No returns or credit on any left over hardware due to over ordering or for any other reason on quoted projects.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account only after receipt of returned items.


Return Policy (Concert Ticket)

  • If you don’t retrieve the tickets at the event, we are under no obligation to refund the tickets prices.

  • If you change your mind, all tickets are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, up until one week before the event.

  • Tickets bought 7 days before the day of the event are not refundable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card in 7-10 business days after customer requests refund.
